Firstly, let’s talk about your initial appointment booking. All of our talented stylists are independent. They handle their own bookings, have varying prices, schedules and services. Since pricing varies, it is important to research salon prices for the individual stylist. It is courteous to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow others who are waiting to fill the empty spot. Also, confirming your appointment never hurts.
Consultation is advised and very important in helping us reach your expectations, this is good because it will give the stylist understanding of your desired look as well as which products and services to offer to achieve them. This will also give us a good idea of your appointment duration. It also provides a more thorough description of our services and pricing for Women. All consultations are complimentary but do require an appointment.
Wearing clothing that is comfortable and shows your style will give us an idea of your personal style and will increase your comfort level. So wear something that makes you feel fabulous! We have a changing area and offer a cover up cape to protect your clothing. However, for your added comfort, it is a good idea to bring along a t-shirt to be worn under the supplied gowns, especially when receiving chemical services. During consultation, we can also inform you of our forms of payments. As well as any other information you may need to make your experience with us a pleasant one.
